Return Process

  Securely pack your items in their original biodegradable packaging, ensuring all tags are intact and including the printed return slip inside.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid carbon-neutral shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items for quality, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
